Nice, on the French Riviera is the second largest centre for tourism in France, and neighbour to famous resort destination Cannes. The area offers plenty of reasons to visit for your next holiday, with picturesque beaches, spectacular coastal scenery and excellent food and wine. Nice is also home to some excellent museums and art galleries, including the former home of fauvist painter Henri Matisse.
